Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Melbourne Metro via Sendle or Australia Post and are trackable by their respective websites. Once shipped the tracking details will be emailed and sms'd.

Flat rate shipping of $10 Australia wide. Free shipping on orders $250 and above.

Alternative shipping can be arranged at your expense if you prefer. Please contact info@honeybarrel.com.au before placing your order.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries must be signed for once proof of age ID has been sighted.

Standard shipping: Delivery within 5 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
All orders placed prior to 10:30 AM are processed the same business day. All orders placed after 10:30 AM are processed the following business day. 

Please note: We ensure the swiftest feasible delivery on all orders however delivery timelines are a guideline only and subject to unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control.
